Welcome to the new weekly upload! And this one is packed FULL! I take my first crack at guiding a meditation for you... and I think I actually did a decent job! You'll hear a mindful-noting meditation and a compassion meditation, which you can do in the same sitting or break them up into two. Don't hesitate to come back to this episode at any time!
